All our accommodations include fully furnished spaces, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, access to coworking areas, gyms, saunas, pools, meeting rooms, event spaces – and of course, a very cool spot to grab a coffee. However, we do offer virtual tours and detailed video walkthroughs for selected units, so you can get a clear feel for the space before making your decision

We provide designated outdoor areas for residents who smoke, vape or use e-cigarettes. These zones are clearly marked and easily accessible

Inside the building, smoking or vaping is not allowed, as it affects the comfort and wellbeing of the entire community. We kindly ask all residents to respect this and help keep our shared spaces enjoyable for everyone

Yes! Our events are designed to make your stay richer, more social and more memorable. Depending on the building, you’ll find everything from live performances and wine tastings to community dinners, private Christmas or New Year’s parties, and even silent discos. Each location has its own calendar, so be sure to check the event details when booking

As part of our community -and the wider Wiser group- you’ll also have access to events beyond your building. We frequently collaborate with partners in all the cities where we operate. And yes… you can even join us for a day at Disneyland
